Mental Wellness 2-Step

When it comes to obtaining and maintaining good mental health, good behavioral health, you need to do just TWO THINGS:

  1. Get your head out of your ass AND
  2. Get you ass off of the couch.

It’s that simple.

Sort of.

A cranium-rectum extraction can be complicated and involved and, yes, actually require some real work be done on YOUR part. And getting out of the house/apartment/basement and living YOUR life can also an effort, an effort that many of us lazy-assed humans refuse to make.

Just give me a pill to make this better. I don’t want to work.
